Spring Equinox

Bringing in the spring at our recent retreat Om Shanti.

Greetings,

Spring is here and with it, more opportunities for getting out in nature. Even though it is still a bit cold, be daring, take your shoes off wriggle your toes in the grass and dirt. Truly take the opportunity to hug a tree, connect with mother Earth. If none of that is available to you, just take a moment of awareness. Notice the ground beneath you and your connections to the things around you. Take a deep breath... and slowly exhale.

Today I am full to the brim with love and light. It was my pure pleasure to lead our Spring Equinox Retreat this weekend. We had a beautiful time in the peaceful surroundings at Gwinwood Retreat Center. The food was amazing, the yoga inspired, and the art and community -- delightful.
I am so grateful to Michelle Thomas, yoga teacher and friend for her laughter and connection, also a shout out to Ronny Pearsall for his amazing classes and peaceful energy.
We are so grateful to each and everyone of the beautiful attendees who we had the pleasure of getting to know a little bit better.
The retreat was so grounding and uplifting at the same time. We had so much fun, we're already planning the next one. Watch our newsletters and web site for news of the next one!!!

Namaste,
Lisa
