CLAIMING THE CRONE - STEPPING INTO YOUR WISDOM
Join Lisa and one of her long-time (50-year) besties, Robin Rose Murphy, for a workshop for women. All women welcome, but this one will particularly resonate with women over 40. In this workshop, we will explore aging and its many aspects. We will practice healthy movement, share our stories and explore our feelings and talk about how we can claim our sovereignty and wisdom.
Robin Murphy is an educator and an explorer. She serves as Priestess and teacher, facilitating life cycle ceremonies such as births, weddings, rites of passage, blessings, and end of life celebrations. Robin also leads large and small group rituals, seasonal celebrations, classes, workshops, and intensives at conferences and festivals across the United States. Robin has served on staff with Diana's Grove Mystery School, Heartland Spiritual Alliance, Cherry Hill Seminary, and The Fires of Venus community.
Lisa Cosmillo E-RYT 500 is one of the owners of Firefly Yoga. Lisa has an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in journalism. She has studied with Living Spirit Yoga in Olympia, WA and Zuna Yoga, in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Lisa is also a certified Reiki master. Lisa teaches Meditation, Hatha, restorative, vinyasa, and chair yoga classes. Lisa is a lifetime traveler, a writer and practitioner of intuitive Tarot reading.
