At Firefly Yoga, we train a teaching method inspired by a blend of lineages and styles that honors a safe and sustainable practice to all levels and The Firefly Yoga 300-hour teacher training will consist of a thorough study of some of the most prominent and relevant literature of yoga, anatomy, physiology and Ayurveda. We will gather monthly over the course of a year.
Each weekend will open with discussion of the Yamas and Niyamas and a shared Ayurvedic meal.
We will discover the basic tenets of Ayurveda and its long-held tradition of healing; meditation and its many facets; bandha, mudra and pranayama at a deeper level; anatomy and physiology; and finally, we will deepen our asana practice along the way.
Each weekend will close with a loving review, time for questions and comments, a look ahead and a blessing.
Each trainee will be expected to teach an advanced practice using techniques and practices explored throughout our training.

COST
Early Bird Tuition $4,000 — A Non-refundable deposit of $750 is due by August 1
AFTER August 1, Tuition will be $4,500 with the balance or a signed Payment agreement due at beginning of training.
