Join Lisa, Michelle and Ronny and Firefly Yoga at Gwinwood Retreat Center in Lacey, for a weekend of new beginnings.

We will start our weekend Friday evening with a shared vegetarian meal after which, we will gather for intention setting and community. Finishing our first evening with a restorative practice before bed.

Saturday will be filled with yoga, meditation and various mindfulness practices.

Sunday we will conclude with a morning practice and a shared brunch.

Cost to attend includes meals, a double or single room and all practices:

For single occupancy: $425/person
